Lima Symphony Orchestra
The Lima Symphony Orchestra remains dedicated to our mission to serve our community through musical excellence. We have worked diligently to keep our doors open throughout the pandemic, providing work for our staff and musicians. To do this we reinvented ourselves, doing things this year we never attempted before, including digital concerts and educational programs. Throughout the past year we found innovative ways to reach audience members both online and in person. To duplicate the community experience of a live concert safely, we screened our first two concerts at a Drive-In, which was applauded as a hallmark of innovation by the League of American Orchestras.
As the world changes around us, we remain committed to changing with it, including finding new ways to reach audiences and embracing diverse programming that better reflects the world in which we live.
